We may make updates to the terms and conditions mentioned below from time to time without prior notice, therefore we invite our valued customers to review this page periodically.
Use of the site:
Access to our website is free. It is the visitor’s responsibility to make all or part of the arrangements necessary to visit our site.
Prices and availability:
All prices on site do not include VAT at 5%.
We do not represent or guarantee that goods will be available.
We reserve the right to change prices and add special offers, change or remove them from time to time and as necessary. Price changes will not affect any orders placed. If the price paid is higher than the actual price of the product, the difference will be returned to the customer.
We currently accept the following payment methods: Mada, Visa and MasterCard.
The customer undertakes that he is authorized to pay using the above payment methods, and we reserve the right to refuse orders without obligation toward him when we believe that payments are not permitted, or that the payment method is invalid.
Cancelation and refund policy:
Refund will be made within 15 working days with the same original payment method or by bank transfer, and the customer must inform us within a maximum of 24 hours.
Return and exchange policy:
In general, it is not allowed to return any product except in the following cases:
-- The product is damaged due to shipping, and the customer must contact the customer service within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment only through email: CustomerCare@bostani.be or through WhatsApp for online order on: 00966500023621, with providing the details of the damage including a photo attached to the order number.
--The product is defective or has expired.
--The product was shipped to an incorrect address.
We cannot guarantee a product stated will be available right away, as the stock changes throughout the day. In case the requested product is not available, the customer will be notified of this and the customer is entitled in this case to request an amendment or full refund. In case the customer does not respond within 24 hours, Bostani has the right to cancel the order.
For the safety of our customers, chocolate is a sensitive product that cannot be replaced after it is received by the customer and compensation will be made with a new order in case of any mistakes.
The customer is not entitled to claim anything if more than 24 hours have passed since the time of receipt.
Customized Chocolate Orders:
The data and specifications of the order are the customer’s responsibility and Bostani will not bear any responsibility as a result of a mistake made in it.
Orders are subject to our acceptance after reviewing the data specified by the customer, which we may not grant according to our own discretion, such as abusive phrases, etc.
In case the customer wants a change in the order specifications due to a mistake made by him (for example: the name to be printed on the chocolate was entered incorrectly) this will be done by contacting our .customer service within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of the request, through the e-mail: CustomerCare@bostani.be or through WhatsApp for website requests at: 00966500023621.
Bostani has the right to use a sample or image of the order in its headquarters, publications and advertisements.
Shipping and delivery:
Orders are shipped through the following shipping companies: SMSA and DHL.
All orders are shipped in a great care and cooled to deliver to you the best possible quality.
In general, orders are processed and delivered within a maximum of 5working days, but sometimes it may require more time which is outside our control.
To ensure quality, orders will be collected from the offices of the shipping companies and are not delivered to the home except under special circumstances.
Health and food:
All products are manufactured in the same environment as almonds, so it may contain allergens from the effects of other nuts.
Intellectual property rights:
The content of Bostani site does not give any right to publish trademark, design or other intellectual property rights related to the content such as designs, logos and images rights. Including third-party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this website, are usually protected by domestic and international intellectual property laws and treaties.
The above content and materials are only allowed with a written consent of us.
Important Update About use Cobon EID2020 :
We would like to point out that the pickup period from our branches has been determined only from 10 am to 4:30 pm, starting from Friday, May 8, 2020 until Tuesday, May 12, 2020 except for our branch in Makkah.
In case that a new decision on curfew is issued during the above mentioned period, the order will be delivered to the house free of charge.
Orders that are made in the website cannot be exchanged for the products displayed at the branch. This offer is only for the online store.
